You tick the terms yourself at checkout: no plan starts without your yes.
A failed payment gets two weeks: you hear about it right away and a week later, with the date. Pay or add a new card within 14 days and nothing changes.
A bank transfer that is still on its way is never treated as unpaid.
The checkout tab shows the Iris icon.
